SI Leaders must attend all class lectures, recruit students from the GE course to enroll in SI, maintain student performance data, submit weekly lesson plans, conduct and undergo peer-observations/observations from SI Leads or the Faculty Director, attend weekly trainings, and host office hours throughout the week.
